Thrive Community for Women Terms
Cancellations, Upgrades & Refunds:
Memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions that may be cancelled at any time. No refunds — full or partial — will be issued after initial subscription is purchased, or for any recurring subscriptions payments thereafter.
Because Thrive Community is a digital product, and due to the private and confidential nature of members’ personal information, no refunds (full or partial) will be issued for Thrive Community subscriptions.
If you received a bonus course with your subscription as part of a promotion, and you cancel your membership before all course material is received, you will not receive the full course content.
Thrive Community General Guidelines
Utilizing any of the features or services of the Community will serve as an acknowledgment of your acceptance of these Guidelines.
-
Be Kind
If you disagree or have an opposing viewpoint to share, do it with respect, honor, and from a place of compassion. If, due to your own strong emotions, you can’t be respectful toward another member, refrain from engaging in discussion on a particular topic or with the other Community member. Members may engage in spirited conversations or debates about ideas or concepts; however, personal attacks, bullying, drama, gossip, or toxic energy will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule is grounds for immediate and permanent removal from the Community without refund.
-
Be Respectful
Don’t put anyone down, including other Community members, programs, therapists, etc. Do not create drama by posting: “A certain Community member did _______ and I’m so upset,” or “Someone in this group did ______ that wasn’t appropriate.”
If you have an issue or grievance—either with the Community, the Facilitator (Vicki), or another Community member, bring it directly to the person you have issue with, and/or write directly to vicki@vickitidwellpalmer.com.
-
Don't solicit
To maintain the Community as a place of community and support, the Community may not be used to solicit business of any kind, including psychotherapy services, in-patient treatment, coaching (business or personal), or any other service or product. Posts that directly or indirectly advertise products or services will be removed.
- Spamming members in any manner will result in your membership being suspended without refund.
- Do not contact anyone to suggest your product or service.
- Do not post commission, referral or affiliate links anywhere on this website.
- Do not publish or discuss any information regarding your product or services, or products or services you are developing, or any product or service you are, or have been, associated with. This includes, but is not limited to suggesting your own services, or services of partners, clients, employers, or friends.
- Do not post messages that are commercial by nature.
- Do not solicit users for any project or purpose external to the Community—public, private, or commercial—including surveys or research projects with which you are affiliated. The Community member base is not a resource to collect potential client/customer contacts to be used by individuals, groups, or businesses, for any purpose whatsoever.
-
Do your due diligence
If you decide to enter into any contractual relationship (verbally or written) with someone you’ve met through your membership in the Community, you do so at your own risk. Please do your due diligence and always get clear, written contracts and service agreements in place. The Community and Vicki Tidwell Palmer, LCSW are not responsible for any damages, breach of contract, or any other unfavorable circumstance as a result of relationships outside the Community.
-
For Therapists & Coaches
If you are a licensed mental health treatment provider, former licensed mental health treatment provider, or a personal coach (life, recovery, or other), your participation in the Community is in a strictly personal capacity (as a betrayed partner or survivor of infidelity) and not in your professional/business role as a coach or therapist. Offering professional advice, practicing psychotherapy, or therapeutically "processing" another Community member within the Community may result in suspension of membership without refund.
-
Recommendations for Additional Resources & Support
Community Facilitator may make recommendations to Community members to seek additional resources or support if, in Facilitator's professional opinion, the Community member could benefit from such support or resource. Recommendations may include books, workshops, intensives, individual, couples, or group psychotherapy, medical evaluation, or legal counsel. The Community is not a substitute for psychotherapy and Community members are not psychotherapy clients of Vicki Tidwell Palmer, LCSW.
Posting Guidelines
Community Facilitator may disable a member's account at any time, for any reason, and without notice. Suspension of your account is a potential consequence of not adhering to the Community guidelines.
A Community membership subscription is a digital product experience and therefore no refunds are offered.
Community Facilitator reserves the right to modify and amend these terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to remain informed of current policies.
