Thrive Community for Women
For Partners Moving Beyond Betrayal
Confidential Online Community + Access to Trauma & Addiction Specialist
If you're dealing with the impact of the discovery of chronic sexual betrayal, you’re probably wondering:
Can my relationship survive chronic betrayal or addiction?
Will I ever trust him again?
Am I crazy for thinking there’s something wrong with his behavior?
Where can I get the right help and support I need with all the shame, stigma, and misinformation about chronic infidelity and sex addiction?
Is it my fault he was unfaithful?
Is it okay for me to ask for trust-building, relationship-restoring actions from my spouse?
How long do I have to wait to find out if my relationship can be saved?
About Vicki (Thrive Community Host)
I'm Vicki Tidwell Palmer, author of Moving Beyond Betrayal: The 5-Step Boundary Solution for Partners of Sex Addicts, and host of a weekly podcast, Beyond Bitchy: Mastering the Art of Boundaries.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.
I love sharing my knowledge and expertise — as well as the experience and wisdom accumulated from 32+ years of my own healing and recovery journey — with people who are ready to learn, grow, and transform their lives.
My mission is to help you move beyond betrayal into a life of clarity, power, connection, and thriving.
If you want to move from surviving into thriving you must learn and cultivate five key capabilities, that I call the Survive & Thrive Blueprint:
Learn how to practice exquisite self-care—turning your attention toward yourself and away from over-focusing on the person who betrayed you.
Individualized support and guidance—for your unique situation and circumstances—from a community of partners and a trauma, addiction, and betrayal expert.
Share connection with a supportive and validating community of partners traveling the same courageous journey you're on.
Unfortunately, partners sometimes make the mistake of believing that when her spouse stops engaging in compulsive, relationship-destroying behaviors, all her problems will be solved.
Or, they make the mistake of asking for either too much or too little from the person who betrayed them—slowing down the process of healing and restoring their relationship.
And because of the stigma and shame of sexual betrayal and addiction, partners are extremely isolated.
You may (understandably) have chosen not to share your painful reality with anyone—even your closest friends and family members.
Most partners don't, for very good reasons.
Community membership is ideal for women who:
Are in the early stages of discovery or disclosure of chronic sexual betrayal, or who are further along in their healing process but want a place to connect, deepen their knowledge, and support other partners.
Have experienced an additional disclosure several years after initial discovery or disclosure.
Have limited—or no—local access to a supportive community or a professional who is knowledgable and experienced in working with intimate partner betrayal, relational trauma, and sex addiction.
Want expert guidance and information about how to cope after intimate partner betrayal.
Want to connect with other partners dealing with similar issues.
Want to take action toward their own healing and empowerment.
Thrive Community for Women is designed to help you navigate the courageous journey from trauma to trust.
Thank you so much for this community and all you do. It's been a lifeline for me, truly. —M, Thrive Community Member (2020)
